120k Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 120k platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all provisions contained in this Terms & Conditions document.
Continued use of this platform following any amendments to these Terms & Conditions will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised to discontinue use of the 120k platform.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By using 120k, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 120k services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential
- All activity in your account, whether authorised or not
- Notifying 120k immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account
- Keeping your personal information up to date and accurate at all times
120k shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their own account.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 120k platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our services:
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or transactions
- Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any other means to manipulate the platform or its games
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity through this platform
- Sharing account access with third parties or selling your account to others
- Disrupting, damaging, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to 120k's systems or servers
- Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or platform errors for unauthorised personal gain
Any breach of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of related balances, and legal action where warranted.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 120k platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support local payment methods including Maybank FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost to make deposits and withdrawals seamless for Malaysian users.
Deposit
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the thresholds set by the platform and may change from time to time. All successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. 120k is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of a full account verification process. Withdrawals will be processed within the stated timeframe, subject to any active bonus conditions where applicable. 120k reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation should any suspicious activity or non-compliance with the platform's terms be identified.
Taxes & Fees
Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their activity on the 120k platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws and regulations.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

120k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including financial losses from betting activity. Users acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and are solely responsible for their own decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 120k platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of 120k or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of these elements without prior written consent from 120k.

The 120k platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 120k is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policies, Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
120k reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or if 120k determines that doing so is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance associated with the irregular activity may not be returned.
Amendments to These Terms
120k reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
